From the outset we like to get to know you so that we can really help you with what you need. Your Relationship Manager will meet with you at the start of your membership to discuss how you would like to use the service and how you can get the most out of it. They’ll then be just a phone call, text message or email away when you need something.
When is your and your nearest and dearest’s birthday (we’ll remind you so you you’ll never get caught out again). Where do you like to travel? What’s your favourite hotel? Your favourite airline? Your hobbies, desires and passions? Allow us to build your personal profile and we can keep you up-to-date just the things that are important to you.
